The two days

To prepare top talent for future board-level roles, selected participants join the two-day Young Captain Program: an interactive leadership experience led by top executives from both the corporate and academic worlds.

Participants gain insights into the dynamics of the boardroom and the leadership qualities required in today’s rapidly evolving environment. Technological, geopolitical, societal, and climate-related developments are pushing organizations to look beyond short-term shareholder value.

This year’s edition took place on August 28 and 29 at Résidence Groot Heideborgh in Garderen.
